The room was much bigger than we expected and had a full size fridge, which was very handy, and was spotlessly clean. Our room also backed straight onto the pool area, but was positioned in a way that it was very quiet. Beautiful garden areas created a perfect wall against the noise of the traffic on the main road. We didn't even notice the traffic. Our room had a queen and single bed, and still had plenty of room to walk around. The air-conditioning was nice and cold, and we were surprised to find that the air-con had been turned on earlier, so when we opened the door it was already cool in the room. It was a hot day, so that was really lovely. The staff were friendly and always helpful.

There is plenty of sockets include bedside. Also hot sandwiches maker helps us a lot. When we call reception, they always response well and immediately support for us. In addition when we ask earlier my check in and late check out, they kindly accepted. New air conditioner works well. There are outside chairs and table. Those were also very good to chat and have snack outside. 15 mini walk to shopping centre. There is a Whole Foods market opposite side of road.

This is a great pitstop for an overnighter on the way to Mackay from Brisbane. I was able to do a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate me very well. The room was very clean and the facilities were well maintained.
